Exodus 7 Observations

Exodus 8 Observations

Acts 4 Observations

Acts 4 :7 When the interrogators asked Peter and John by what name they healed the lame man, they were not asking in regards to the invoking a mysterious incantation to conjure up power to heal him. All that were there knew in their Hebraic mindset that the question was about the full force of characher and authority of the name in question. In this situation, the name is YAHUSHA (some say Jesus).

All that the Messiah taught; all that he practiced while here the first time; all that he demonstrated is contained in His name. Contained in His name is covenant. Contained in His name is redemption. Contained in His name is restoration and more.

Peter and John had power through the name of YAHUSHA because they agreed with His name. They agreed by their words and deeds (how they lived their lives). Today, when we pray in the name of YAHUSHA, we do not pray ritualistically as some sort of good luck phrase (for anyone that even believes in luck). His name, which represents all that is His character, and our name, which represents our righteous character (as defined by YAH’s instructions) must agree for there to be power in the name of YAHUSHA. If we don’t believe this, we must recall what the Bible says is possible when miracles are done in a I-never-knew-you-fashion (see Matt. 7:21-23).

For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.  2 Thessalonians 2:7

And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:  2 Thessalonians 2:8

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,  2 Thessalonians 2:9

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.  2 Thessalonians 2:10

Acts 4:16 The safest place is in the will of Elohim. These wicked men could not do anything to Peter and John.

Acts 4:33 “great grace was upon them all.” The true purpose of grace—to empower to do the will of Elohim.

Disclaimer

Please, please comment below if you see ANYTHING that is contrary to Scripture that I have presented in these Scripture Observations. I want Truth and when I see that I have made a mistake, I want to correct that. No chips on my shoulders here.

I also ask one thing, though. Please, please present your thoughts in the context of two or three Scripture references, not just one (see Deuteronomy 17:6; Matthew 18:16; 2 Corinthians 13:1). One verse (especially one verse out of context) will not be received as evidence. I am just not one to interpret Scripture or accept other’s interpretation of Scripture apart from the written Word of YAH found in the whole counsel of His written Word.

I try my best to limit the use of the precursor words of “I think” or “I believe” without Scripture to back up my “I thinks” and “I believes.” Not only on this site, but be on the lookout anywhere else for excessive “I think” and “I believe” statements presented as Truth, with no Scriptural evidence to back up the statements.

The written Word of YAHUAH is the standard, the vanguard against deception which as you know is quite rampant these days.
