Genesis 31 Who is YAHUAH? He is Protector. He protected Jacob from Laban. Who is YAHUAH? He is faithful. He is faithful to the covenant that He made with Abraham.
Genesis 31:15 When Rachel and Leah said they were sold by Laban, I began to look up instances of “sold.” I saw 2 different words, with only 1 used two times in reference to actual goods. The rest referred to among other things the merchandising of people (not goods).
Are we not counted of him strangers? for he hath sold (H4376) us, and hath quite devoured also our money. Genesis 31:15
Strong’s Definition: mâkar maw-kar’
A primitive root; to sell, literally (as merchandise, a daughter in marriage, into slavery), or figuratively (to surrender): – X at all, sell (away, -er, self).
Total KJV occurrences: 80
And he that stealeth a man, and selleth (H4376) him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death. Exodus 21:16
YAHUAH detests the merchandising of mankind in any shape, form or fashion.
As I looked up “sold” I saw the word, “recompense.” Also used as an effectual remedy when originating from YAHUAH, but ineffectual in the context of iniquity. So then, I stopped looking at the references to “sold” and began to read all the verses on recompense. That’s when I saw the interesting use of this word in Joel. So I began to record observations about this word.

[H1580] Joel 3:4
Recompense First Mention—Deuteronomy 32:35
Last Mention—Hebrews 11:26
John 10 Observations
John 10:7, 9 YAHUAH is the door made flesh.
John 10:14,16 Compare Psalm 23:1 YAHUAH is the Good Shepherd.
John 10:14 Many speak of knowing YAH. Equally important, if not the most important is that He knows us.
John 10:15 YAHUSHA and YAHUAH are one (John 10:30; 17:21) so of course He knows himself.
John 10:22 Feast of Dedication is known as Hannukah today.
John 10:27 Again, we can not overlook the importance of being known of the Father (see also Matt. 7:23).
John 10:27 Hearing YAH’s voice is connected to being known by Him. YAH would not tell us to do or practice anything contrary to His word.
John 10:28 Following YAH is connected to eternal life.
John 10:30 YAHUAH and YAHUSHA are one.
John 10:33 Shows the plain meaning of verse 30. The Jews understood that YAHUSHA was saying that He is YAHUAH.
John 10:35 The Scripture can not be broken.
John 10:38 Echad

Disclaimer
Also, please, please comment below if you see ANYTHING that is contrary to Scripture that I have presented in these Scripture Observations. I want Truth and when I see that I have made a mistake, I want to correct that. No chips on my shoulders here.
I also ask one thing, though. Please, please present your thoughts in the context of two or three Scripture references, not just one (see Deuteronomy 17:6; Matthew 18:16; 2 Corinthians 13:1). One verse (especially one verse out of context) will not be received as evidence. I am just not one to interpret Scripture or accept other’s interpretation of Scripture apart from the written Word of YAH found in the whole counsel of His written Word.
I try my best to limit the use of the precursor words of “I think” or “I believe” without Scripture to back up my “I thinks” and “I believes.” Not only on this site, but be on the lookout anywhere else for excessive “I think” and “I believe” statements presented as Truth, with no Scriptural evidence to back up the statements.
The written Word of YAHUAH is the standard, the vanguard against deception which as you know is quite rampant these days.
